- Validate model outputs using LLM-as-judge approaches and semantic comparison

- Monitor production accuracy and flag regressions before they reach users

- Architect and develop autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI

- Build production-grade agentic pipelines for document processing, data extraction, and clinical workflow automation

- Design evaluation suites to measure agent accuracy and reliability (we hold production-ready to 98%+ accuracy)

- Collaborate on prompt engineering, model selection, and pipeline optimization

- Contribute to Naitur's core platform infrastructure

What we're looking for:

- 4+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years working with LLMs in production

- Strong Python skills; experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or equivalent)

- Understanding of RAG, tool use, and agentic design patterns

- Experience building and running evaluation suites for AI systems

- Familiarity with healthcare data or clinical research is a strong plus
