ABOUT NAITUR
What does Naitur actually do?
Naitur builds, deploys, and maintains AI automation for independent health and wellness practices. We map the workflows inside your practice that are eating hours of clinical or administrative time - intake to EMR handoffs, appointment follow-up, rating-scale scoring, lab result delivery, sponsor reporting, participant communications - and automate them. We're not a software platform you log into. We're a done-for-you service: we design the automation, integrate it into your existing stack, and maintain it so you don't have to manage it. Your team keeps working the way they already work - the friction just disappears.
Who do you work with?
We specialize in five verticals: concierge and boutique medicine, integrative and functional medicine, longevity and anti-aging clinics, mental health and psychedelic-assisted care, and clinical research organizations. If your practice fits one of those, we have purpose-built automations ready to adapt to your specific workflow. We work with independent practices - not hospital systems, not enterprise health networks. Our sweet spot is a 2-50 person practice where the owner or clinical director still has a strong view of day-to-day operations and can make implementation decisions without a 14-person committee.
What makes Naitur different from generic AI tools?
Most AI tools are horizontal - built for anyone, customized by no one. Naitur is vertical-specific. A concierge practice has fundamentally different workflows than a CRO, and automating them requires understanding the compliance posture, the clinical handoffs, and the team dynamics of each. We also don't hand you a platform and a manual. We build it, deploy it, and maintain it. The automation runs in the background - you don't manage it. And unlike software companies that need to sign a contract before showing you anything, we give you a free 30-minute AI implementation plan that maps your specific opportunities before you make any decision.
IMPLEMENTATION
How long does implementation take?
The typical timeline from signed agreement to first live automation is 30 days. That includes a discovery session (30 minutes), a design and integration phase (roughly 3 weeks depending on the complexity of your stack), and a launch and monitoring week. We're deliberately not a 12-month implementation. If something takes more than 30 days to get live, it's either too complex for your current stage or we haven't scoped it well enough - and we'll tell you that upfront.
Do we need to change our existing software?
No. We integrate into your existing stack - your EMR, your scheduling system, your communication tools, your CRM. We're not asking you to rip and replace anything. The automation connects the tools you already have and removes the manual steps in between. In most cases, your team won't even know something changed - the work just stops piling up. That's intentional. The best automation is the kind that runs invisibly.
What happens if something breaks?
We monitor every automation we deploy on an ongoing basis. If something stops working - because your EMR pushed an update, an API changed, or a workflow shifted - we catch it and fix it, usually before your team notices. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance is included in our service. You're not buying a piece of software and then maintaining it yourself. You're hiring a team to own the result.
COMPLIANCE & DATA
Is Naitur HIPAA-compliant?
Naitur is designed to operate within HIPAA-compliant environments and supports HIPAA requirements through encryption, access controls, audit logging, and secure data handling.
What happens to our patient or participant data?
We don't store patient data. Automation runs through your systems, using credentials and integrations you control. Data lives in the tools you already trust (your EMR, your EHR, your CRM) - not in a Naitur database. For clinical research, we build audit trails your IRB will accept, which means every automated action is logged and attributable. No black boxes
Does Naitur work for EU / international practices?
Yes. We have a legal and operational presence in Vienna, Austria, which handles EU client engagements and EU data processing. Our cold outbound for EU prospects uses GDPR-compliant footers and consent flows. Contracts for EU clients are governed under EU data protection law.
PRICING & COMMITMENT
How much does it cost?
Pricing is based on the scope of automation and the number of active workflows we're maintaining. We're not the cheapest option in the market - we're also not asking you to hire an implementation team, sign a 2-year enterprise contract, or train your staff on a new platform. The free AI implementation plan session is the best place to start. After 30 minutes, we'll map your top three automation opportunities and give you a written estimate for each one - specific to your practice, not a generic price list.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Typical engagements run month-to-month after an initial 90-day term, which gives us enough time to get the automation stable and generating measurable results. We don't believe in locking you into something that isn't working - if results aren't visible in 30 days, we want to hear about it.
What does the free AI implementation plan actually include?
It's a 30-minute Zoom call where we walk through your practice's current workflows and identify your top three automation opportunities. After the call, you receive a written one-page plan with: - The specific workflow opportunities ranked by impact - A compliance posture note per recommendation (HIPAA, GDPR, or IRB as applicable) - A realistic effort, timeline, and payback estimate for each fix You keep the plan whether or not you decide to work with us. Most practitioners walk away with at least one fix they can implement on their own that same week. No pitch, no sales sequence, no follow-up unless you request one.
